Need help with ReFeel? Write to us at support@refeel.it. We answer in English and Spanish, usually within 2 working days.
Please tell us the email address of your ReFeel account, your phone model and, if something went wrong with a ReFeel, roughly when you recorded it. Never send us your password.
Quick answers
When is my ReFeel ready? Making a ReFeel takes some time on our servers. The app sends you a notification when it is ready.
Why can't I create my ReFeel yet? A ReFeel needs enough conversation to tell a story. The app shows you when you have reached it.
Who can see my ReFeel? Only you, until you share its link. Anyone you give the link to can watch it. If you delete the ReFeel, the link stops working. See Sharing ReFeels.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by the store: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or on iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store too.
How do I delete my account? In the app, Settings → Account → Delete account, or see Delete your ReFeel account.
Report a ReFeel
If a ReFeel contains something illegal, abusive or that breaks our Terms, report it APP-FIX X11 with Report in the app, or by email to support@refeel.it. Include the link of the ReFeel and tell us what is wrong. If you appear in a ReFeel and want something removed, write to us at privacy@refeel.it.
